my lips are sealed...I use acrylics and I found some semi satin finish in a box of crap. I think a gloss coat is out of the question, but i tried the semi satin on two little ones. They look the same only now they have a sleek even coat.
I just don't want to find out I cheapened two paintings by varnishing them. oops
